At JVO, we’re all about good community role models and competitive sports, so our partnership with Agenda FC was a natural one. Agenda FC are a positive community team, based in South London, who always have a great time whenever they play. Agenda FC was founded in 2018, and are not planning on going anywhere. In 2022, our founder, Vanessa Threadgold, became an advisory board member of Goal Diggers Podcast. The award winning black female led podcast is growing from strength to strength. The podcast recently penned a deal with Acast, the powerhouse of independent podcasts, which also hosts Oloni's "Laid Bare", and Peter Crouch's "That Peter Crouch Podcast". Vanessa plans to assist Goal Diggers in driving brand partnerships, and building their online presence. 

Cactus City Studio was created by one of our founders, Vanessa Threadgold, as a response to the needs of management clients. Cactus City Studio are driven by a single goal; to make the music industry safer for all by attacking the root causes of inequity. We are proud to work alongside Cactus City with our female and minority gender identifying clients to make sure we are meeting their needs. 

We work closely with our local Job Centre to provide opportunity and experience to young people who want to get into the music industry but may not have the skills. We supported a number of Kickstarters through 2021-2022, developing their professional music industry skills. We also work with other artist managers early on in their career, advising on ways for their clients to monestise earlier. At JVO we want to see you win and believe there's space for everyone.
